Once you receive your wig you have a total of seven business days to contact us to exchange it for a different one.
We don’t accept returns or exchanges on wigs that have been worn,styled,adjusted,washed,lace cut,hair cut,adhesive applied,glued,taped,or altered in anyway.
If the wig is not to your liking,an exchange will be offered as long as the wig is in the same condition you received it in.
A stock wig can only be exchanged for another stock wig for equal value.We do not resend you another stock wig until we receive,inspect and approve the original wig intact.
Please pay attention that you need to afford the freight out and home.
